VEINS is a fusion of elements reminiscent of a bathroom, a place of personal hygiene, retreat, wellness and intimacy, shifted to a place of publicity, of transit, close to the platform of the underground. Ergonomics meet rusty metal elements that pose a risk of injury to the skin and refer to physical labour and old craftsmanship (handmade soap, smithed iron) divers metal objects, some of them found, take on the dimensions of the body, are not made for body contact, but indirectly shape it through work and traditions of interaction, learned behaviour that persists over generations. ///
